ABOUT THE DIVINE MERCY:
On April 30, 2000, Pope John Paul 11 canonized the Polish nun St Faustina Kowalska (1905 - 1931). He officially endorsed with this at the same time the authenticity of the messages of Divine Mercy and elevated their central importance for the Third Milennium. "Proclaim to the whole world My unfathomable mercy" Jesus encouraged his 'secretary' again and again. "Who already knows about it?"
On February 22, 1931, St Faustina saw the Lord in a vision in the same way as He is portrayed it, the image. As a signature she was to use the decisive words "Jesus I Trust in You!" On the same day, the Lord revealed His desire that the first Sunday after Easter he celebrated as the Feast of Mercy. Along with the image and the feast, God gave through St. Faustina many other very simple but powerful means to beseech His mercy for the world. Among these is the novena above all and the Hour of Mercy, in remembrance of the hour of Jesus' death. Through innumerable answered prayers God proves His fidelity to the promise, especially in regards to the Chaplet of Mercy. "What great grace I will confer to the soul who prays this chaplet!"

Thank You Jesus - I Trust in You
